General Information
How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! You can place your order easily through our website or by sending us an email at luz@snacksignature.ca with your snack and packaging preferences. We’ll guide you through the options, customization, pricing, and timeline to create the perfect order for your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and wire transfers. Invoices must be paid before production unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
Authorized Net 30 Accounts: Invoices must be paid in Canadian dollars (CAD) within 30 days of the invoice date.
If any invoices become past due, future orders will be placed on credit hold until the account is brought current.
Returned cheques will incur a $40 processing fee.
Past due invoices paid by credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee.
Your initial order must be paid in full before any additional orders can be processed.
What is your method of work (MOW)?
We offer both ready-to-ship and custom-branded solutions. Orders begin once artwork and payment are approved.
What’s the standard production time?
Production typically takes 7–15 business days after artwork approval. Timelines may vary depending on order volume and customization.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Charges may apply for any work already completed.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, rush service is available for an additional fee. Availability depends on production schedule.
What are overruns and underruns?
A ±10% variance may apply to custom orders. Final billing will reflect the actual quantity shipped.
What if I need to make a claim or return?
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items and must be pre-approved. All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made with the carrier. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Can I use trademarked logos on my order?
You must have written permission to use any third-party trademarks. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Snack & Signature harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from the use of these materials in accordance with this agreement.
Please note: Any mention of snack names (such as Laura Secord®, M&M’s®,HERSHEY’S® KISSES®, Jelly Belly®, etc.) is for product identification purposes only. These are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Snack & Signature is not affiliated with these brands, and all trademarks remain the property of their rightful owners.
Can Snack & Signature use my branded products in promotions?
Unless you request otherwise, we reserve the right to photograph and share branded products for promotional purposes.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing listed on our website reflects the most current rates and overrides any previously published catalog prices.
Due to variations in materials and production, exact matches in color, shade, size, weight, texture, or construction cannot be guaranteed.
If a product is unavailable at the time of shipping, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Snacks & Samples
How should I store the snacks?
To maintain freshness and quality, store all products in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity. Avoid refrigeration, especially for chocolate, as it can cause condensation and affect texture and appearance.
Can I order samples before placing a large order?
Yes! Sample kits are available. Some fees may apply and may be credited toward your final order.
Are samples customized?
Samples are typically custom-branded. However, in some cases, they may include branding from previous client projects.
What if the product I want isn’t in the catalog?
Helping you discover the right snacks is at the heart of our business. While our catalog features a curated selection to keep things simple, we can source many other options tailored to your needs. Just ask—we’re here to help you discover exactly what you’re looking for!
Artwork Information
What are your artwork specifications?
We require high-resolution files in AI, EPS, or PDF vector format. Fonts must be outlined. Raster images must be at least 300 DPI.
Will I receive a digital proof?
Yes, a digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Production timelines start after proof approval.
Do you offer PMS colour matching?
We offer approximate PMS colour matching depending on the print method. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
What are your artwork-related charges?
Setup charges may apply usually for the first order for custom printing (per design).
Artwork recreation or edits: Hourly fees apply if we need to recreate or adjust low-resolution files.
Can I request product templates or images for mockups?
Yes! Simply contact us at art@snacksignature.ca to request templates or product images.
