What are your shipping terms?
Orders will be shipped according to the instructions provided on the purchase order. If no specific shipping instructions are given, Snack & Signature will use its best judgment to select the most appropriate shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.
Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed directly with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, address correction fees billed to us by Purolator, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers will be passed on to the customer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery within the Quebec City area, including Lévis. For all other locations, shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. Let us know where you're located—we're happy to provide a quote!
Can I split shipments to multiple addresses?
Yes, we offer split shipments. Additional handling fees apply. Please inquire for a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Canada. U.S. shipping is coming soon, contact us to be notified when it’s available.
What if I need to make a claim or return?
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items and must be pre-approved.
All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made with the carrier. Custom orders cannot be returned.
What is your warm weather advisory?
We take great care to protect your snacks during the warmer months. For all heat-sensitive items like chocolate, we include ice packs and insulated bags rated to withstand high temperatures—up to 82°C (180°F) for up to 5 days.
To further protect your order, we only ship heat-sensitive products on Mondays and Tuesdays. This helps prevent packages from sitting in non-cooled warehouses over the weekend. A $15 fee per ice box applies to help offset the cost of temperature-controlled packaging.
While we do everything we can to keep your snacks safe, there is still a small chance that some melting may occur during transit. If you're ordering chocolate in warm weather, please note that you do so at your own risk. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for melting, as these conditions are beyond our control.
If your order requires expedited shipping due to heat concerns, we’ll notify you before it ships. For large orders needing a pallet or refrigerated truck, we’ll reach out with minimums and lead time information—so planning ahead during summer is always a good idea.
Helpful tip: For hot days, consider choosing heat-friendly options like nuts, trail mixes, select candies, and other melt-free treats. They’re just as delicious—and summer ready!
